What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operator are: M-F: 9am-5pm
What is your TAT for finished products?
We currently accept orders on a calendar basis. Products are fulfilled by or before the date the clients need the order by. Currently, we're only accepting few orders per month.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is approximately 1-4 days depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
We regret to advise that we do not ship internationally during this time?
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive tracking details to the email that's on your client profile.
There's an error with my order, how do we contact you for support?
Please fill out the form and we'll contact you within 42-72 hours.

I forgot to add something to my cart but my order has been placed, can I make adjustments to my order?
Unfortunately, no adjustments can be made to orders that have been processed in our system. You'd have to place another order.
