Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances and at our sole discretion. If a refund is issued and our business is not at fault, the client will no longer be able to place future orders with us.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be granted for reasons outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

Failure to provide accurate details or specifications at the time of order.

Misuse or mishandling of our products/services after delivery.

Final Decision: All refund requests are subject to review. If a refund is granted, it will be processed according to our standard refund timeline, and the customer will be notified of their ineligibility to make future purchases.
