Turn Around Time For Custom Items

When ordering custom products, it is essential to understand the timelines associated with processing and shipping to ensure a smooth experience. The processing time refers to the duration required to prepare your order after the graphics have been approved by you, the customer. For our custom items, this processing time is set at four weeks. 

Once the graphics are approved, the production phase begins. This phase is critical as it involves the actual creation of the product based on the specifications provided. It is important to note that any delays in the approval of graphics can extend the overall timeline, as the processing time is contingent upon receiving the necessary approvals promptly.

Following the completion of the production phase, the shipping process commences. The shipping time can vary based on the selected shipping method and the destination of the package. Typically, shipping can take an additional 3 to 7 business days upon completion of your item(s). This timeframe is influenced by various factors, including the carrier's delivery schedule and any potential delays that may arise due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
