Note: *We will cut around  the person’s head ONLY. If the person has hair (long or curly), we will cut around the image so that the results look good! You will receive 2 FREE revisions.*

Please make sure you upload a high resolution photo without any crops or filters added. We do not enhance and adjust any images. The photo will be printed the way it is submitted.

If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use.

Returns & Exchanges:

No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom built supplies or equipment. Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any custom product we've produced.
