This listing is for printing services only. Design is NOT included with this service. If the client needs a custom design, there’s an additional fee of $25. Clients must upload their ‘ready to print’ artwork; please ensure you are submitting high resolution graphics. Gifted Hands by Javiah do not make any edits, adjustments or modifications to artwork. 

SPECIFICATIONS 

All prints will measure 36” width with a max height of 8ft. The printable adhesive prints are removable (does not remove well with foam board core) as well as water resistant.

****Please Note: Clients are responsible for uploading their images Gifted Hands by Javiah does not alter, modify, or adjust any artwork. We are only providing printing services. Please ensure you upload high resolution images at least 300dpi or higher. Gifted Hands by Javiah is not responsible for any distorted, low resolution and/poor quality images.

SHIPPING

1 week turnaround time for production. Production excludes weekends and holidays.  Shipping is 3-4 days. 

All printed media will be carefully rolled and shipped in a tube. 

DESIGN PROCESS
24-48 turnaround for custom designs
Mock-up will be emailed for approval 
2 Free Revisions 
After 2 free revisions, you will incur a fee of $5 per each revision that will be invoiced

Custom Products Satisfaction Guarantee:

Custom Products Warranty:

All Custom Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 30 days from date of delivery. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use.

Returns & Exchanges:

No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom built supplies or equipment. Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any custom product we've produced.
